Hannaford is not accepting vouchers at this time.  These include the monthly vouchers and also the special fruit and vegetable and meat and seafood vouchers that you have already received.  Please SAVE your vouchers as they may be redeemable in the near future.  We are sorry for this inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue and determine the best plan forward.

Your Personal Presence

We welcome those interested in participating in the operation of the pantry in any of multiple ways. Examples of areas where help is needed include:

  • picking up donated food from Hannaford,
  • stocking pantry shelves,
  • registering and greeting families as they come to the Pantry,
  • monitoring the Pantry telephone,
  • providing food delivery to those unable to get to the Pantry,
  • maintaining the website and/or our Facebook page.

If you can help with any of these and would like to learn more, please call the Pantry at 207-350-2962, and you will be put in touch with our volunteer coordinator.

Food Drives

A volunteer opportunity where you, working alone or with others, perhaps a school, a church, or another organization, organize a Food Drive for the benefit of the Pantry. Please call the Pantry at 207-350-2962 to learn of particular items the Pantry needs.

Donation Box

A food donation box is located outside the door to the Food Pantry. We always have need of coffee, tuna fish, boxed milk, cereal and peanut butter and welcome all donations whose “Use By” date has not passed.
